Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for consultation plans purchased from Boneherb.

Scheduling Changes

You may reschedule a session at no charge when we receive at least 48 hours' notice by email or phone. We will offer alternative times subject to availability.

Cancellations by Client

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, the session may be counted as used. For multi-session packages, unused sessions may be rescheduled within 90 days of purchase when notice requirements are met.

Cancellations by Us

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund for the affected session or reschedule at your convenience.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available when:

• A paid session has not yet occurred and you cancel within the notice period above
• We cancel and you prefer a refund instead of rescheduling
• A technical issue prevents delivery of an online session and rescheduling is not possible

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Gift Purchases

Gifted consultations may be transferred to another recipient before the first session is booked. Unused gift balances expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

Non-Refundable Items

Completed sessions, downloadable materials already delivered, and third-party fees are not refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email help@boneherb.world with your name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We will confirm receipt and respond with next steps.
